Good news! A conference and festival celebrating Diana Wynne Jones and her books is planned for 2–4 August 2024 in Bristol, England, where Diana lived. The timing should suit anyone planning to come to the 2024 World Science Fiction Convention, which will be held in Glasgow, Scotland, the following week. Places at the DWJ conference will be limited, so sign up now on Kickstarter.

Earwig / Aya and the Witch

The dvd of Studio Ghibli's animated film of Earwig and the Witch is now widely available and the film can also be streamed on Netflix.

Diana's literary legacy was given to Seven Stories, the National Centre for Children's Books in Newcastle, England. The archive is open to fans and researchers by appointment.

New Howl Editions

HarperCollins have launched new editions of the three Howl/Ingary/Moving Castle books with great new covers.

All three of the Howl books are also now available in beautiful Folio Society editions. Illustrated by Marie-Alice Harel, Howl's Moving Castle was published by the Folio Socity 2019, followed over the next few years by Castle in the Air and House of Many Ways.
